It kills the mouse and after that mouse trap is emptied. Some electronic traps are also available. In electronic traps there is a sensor pad in it, which delivers an electric shock to the mouse when it enters to the trap. The electric shock kills the mouse instantly. Similarly poison traps allow the mouse to eat the poisonous bait and kills it quickly. But non-humane mice traps can prove threat to the young children or pets in the home.
